Peter commenced his real estate career a week after turning 18. At 19 he bought his first investment property and hasn’t looked back since. After 22 years in the business he’s considered an industry expert on investment property and development.
With an eye for detail and intense passion for everything real estate Peter’s enthusiasm for the industry is palpable.
By 1994 the MRE spirit had taken full flight and MRE’s win in the REIV top marketing award for 2006, 2007 and 2008 highlighted the success of Pete’s vision to build a world class project marketing company.
Sounds hectic but Pete cites the “pace” as one of his favorite parts of the industry. He spent 44 weeks in the past 4 years traveling around the world building the company database and holding property seminars in Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, London and the US.
His attitude is simple and exemplifies the MRE culture. “70% of our business is referral or repeat and so we work hard every day to improve our systems and delivery so we can provide an outstanding customer experience”.

Ann Rogers knows more about buildings than most people in the business. Whether its about buying or selling them she has all the answers, having previously worked for the Stonehenge Group for over 13 years before joining MRE. Her experience there included co-ordinating the team for a building project in Kobe, Japan as well as supporting the company's design and construction departments.
It's her "connection with building" that has kept Ann in the business so long and led her to MRE.
She's "Pete's right-hand woman". When Pete's not available, you can be sure Ann will handle the situation.

Georgina began her Real Estate career during her 13 year stint in Hawaii, USA. Her sales background, gregarious personality and passion for property provided the natural platform for her transition to Real Estate sales.
Her knowledge in property stems from both her many years experience as a Real Estate professional along with spending several years building a diverse property portfolio both locally and abroad.
Georgina's international perspective in property investing (particularly in inner city high rise developments) coupled with immense client relationship expertise ensures MRE clients get the best of both worlds.

Prior to becoming a Senior Property Manager Tracy was a licensee at a large development company in South East Queensland.
Tracy's fervour with property stretches far beyond the office- when she's not managing properties she's managing the renovations on her next project. With a large property portfolio of her own, Tracy appreciates the significance of communication accuracy and follow up when it comes to managing properties.

Stephen developed his passion for Real estate at the young age of ten when he would check The Age and ride his bicycle to local auctions. Fast forward a few years and he’s got his Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT and managing a massive portfolio of properties for a well-known real Estate agency in St Kilda.
Not long after Stephen was bitten by the travel bug which led him all the way to Italy, but eventually his passion got the better of him and brought him home where he is now the Business Development Manager for Property Management at MRE. Stephen is a key asset to MRE, making sure the company is doing everything in its power to provide service of up-most standards to our tenants and landlords.

Nicola discovered her forte in real estate after spending 2 years in London working as a Leasing Negotiator for a prominent Real Estate firm. This was followed by 3 years working in residential development, sales and property management in Melbourne until she decided to join MRE as a Senior Property Manager in April 2009.
Having recently completing her full Real Estate Licence last year Nicola brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team not to mention a massive sense of humour and fun.

It was Belinda’s passion for property and university qualifications that launched her career in banking, following corporate sales positions in some of Australia’s biggest listed firms. Today, Belinda is a Director of Verge Finance, a subsidiary of Melbourne Real Estate, where she combines her two interests to bring clients the best service and value for money.
Belinda is an accredited mortgage broker and member of the MFAA. Her experience in residential, construction and commercial loan writing, coupled with her personal commitment to ensuring her diverse range of clients receive the same high quality service, makes her a great fit for the Melbourne Real Estate Group.
