In 2006, Melbourne Real Estate won the REIV's top category marketing award.

Villaggio was originally offered to market by Toorak's two largest mainstream agents. With zero sales after four months, MRE was appointed. We upgraded all marketing material and engaged a specialist landscape photographer to encapsulate the mood and quality on offer. We commissioned specialist 'cameo' images to show the finite detail in the fitouts. The shoot took more than five days.

 

The brochures and website involved a month of carefully selected stock and varnishes to accurately reflect the color and texture of images. We introduced the project in Dubai with the support of Austrade and completed five sales over $2m in approx 150 days.

In 2007, Melbourne Real Estate won the REIV's top category marketing award.

To market this project proved a challenge with local agents unable to get it off the ground. MRE was appointed by Baracon. We held a gala launch party in Dubai and sold 33 blocks on the night. This momentum eventually resulted in 100 sales in 180 days. Our total marketing spend was under $60,000.

In November 2007 Melbourne Real Estate were awarded an exclusive agency for the Charlie Richmond project. To create sales momentum prior to contracts being available, Melbourne Real Estate ran with an Expression of Interest Campaign which immediately generated strong interest from our client data base.

 

The international campaign was planned to run in conjunction with the Cityscape exhibition in Dubai – the world's largest Real Estate exhibition. This gave us the opportunity to introduce our product to a wider group and build on our existing international clientele. Our Dubai launch party was well attended with a number of existing clients purchasing to add to their existing portfolios. The end result was an outstanding 75 sales.
