As our very own People and Culture Coordinator, it is Izzy’s personable approach to both life and work that allows her to engage in genuine rapport with anyone that she meets. Diligence and critical reactiveness are the keys markings of Izzy’s stellar performance as she exerts her best efforts to ensure that people love what they do. Izzy is a true people-person and her authentic and transparent ideology highlights just how much she cares about Team MRE.

Izzy commenced at MRE as our lovely receptionist before transitioning through Property Management Administration and Leasing before attaining the Leasing Team Leader position. Now in charge of continuing to grow this dynamic, high-performance team, Izzy has a special passion for MRE like no other and she thrives in embodying our core values. A lover of the fast-paced, creative nature of our team, Izzy enthusiastically calls MRE her family.

Equipped with a fun-loving repartee, Izzy is always joyous and loves to share this positivity during leisure time with her treasured family, friends and partner. A lover of the beach and delectable food, Izzy can be found out and about spreading her fabulous energy!

Like how professional Isabella Morel was, I have arrived at Prahran and had to find a parking nearby, texted Isabella, she was already there in front of the building. Originally I thought there was only one apartment available for inspection. Isabella surprised by bring me to inspect the second one, and also showed me the basement carpark. I was not really happy to see car stacker, told my property manager about this, and Isabella has been helpful to get in touch with other property managers in her office to help me find the best solution.
