As the joyful face of MRE, Rebecca Waters exudes her outgoing, bubbly nature to all those who grace our offices. It is her friendly and patient approach that allows her to graciously handle any task at hand. She enjoys the procedural aspects of how we function and gains personal satisfaction from checking off her to-do list throughout the day. Bec loves to stay busy and thus, appreciates the fast-paced environment at the helm of the MRE vessel. 

Equipped with previous experience in retail, beauty therapy, interior design and construction, it is Bec’s varied resume that allows her to bring a high calibre of problem-solving, organisation and efficiency to every situation; all while remaining ever-positive and cheerful. 

A well-travelled woman, Bec’s childhood was spent in England and Italy before her family decided upon a life in Australia. A Bayside resident, Bec spends her time off with her Australian Bulldog puppy while sampling Melbourne’s plethora of cafes and striving to engage in adventurous, new activities.
