Bolstered by an unparalleled sense of precision and determination, Riaan Nieuwoudt thrives among our Residential Leasing team. Born and raised in South Africa, Riaan completed an engineering degree and upon relocation to Melbourne, found a passion as a Building Services Engineer. 

With experience in the construction consulting space, Riaan is eager to utilise his years spent on the development and research of residential buildings to now, convey his excitement for building architecture to prospective renters. His technical eye for the details, in combination with his polished, cheerful nature will assert Riaan as a wonderful leasing operator. 

Riaan’s want to pursue more for himself has always been evident throughout his life’s journey, extending to his time spent training to be a pilot, or his substantial travel experiences. All of his exciting endevaours, have moudled him into a passionate, approachable individual and we are thrilled to have him aboard.
