Uber detailed, accommodating and passionate about strong communication, are emblems of Xin’s operations. He enjoys reveling in opportunities to engage with a wide client base all while supporting his team so that the maintenance of a tight-knit, cooperative unit can occur. 

Hailing from the Shandong province in China, Xin came to Melbourne in 2012 to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Furnished with his degree, Xin entered the Real Estate game with an eye for precision and a love for the technicalities of Property Management, and has never looked back. Extremely articulate, Xin is most proud of the Business Development he has been able to achieve in his career thus far. 

Unpredictably, Xin is a former chef and owner of Launceston’s Dumpling Legend. Although he is absorbed in raising two, lively young children, Xin enjoys playing basketball and badminton on the weekends to de-stress and remain active. Xin is a beautiful soul who has spent time volunteering as an English tutor for new Australians.
