Leasing Consultant

Intrigued by the world of real estate but unsure how to get your first big break? Then we’ve got the perfect position for you, and at an award-winning agency no less!

Who are you? You are an exceptionally well-presented individual with the ability to work autonomously—this will require heavyweight multitasking skills and unsurpassable phone manner. A background in retail or hospitality will be of immense support in this role as you will be utilising your Customer Service prowess to build relationships with prospective tenants.

Although no prior real estate experience is required, you must possess or be willing to obtain a Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate as well as a current Victorian Police Check. An Australian Drivers license and reliable vehicle are also essential to this role.

Your work week will be Monday to Thursday, including Saturday, and you will have Fridays off. Working in unison with our Property Management Team, the successful candidate will report directly to the Leasing Team Leader, Mike Drover, and will accommodate for the team’s needs plus your own organisational objectives.
