Residential Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and professional Residential Sales Executive with a proven record of sales success to join our outstanding team. Displaying well developed relationship building and networking skills, a solid understanding of current trends and consumer requirements, the successful candidate will also exhibit superior time management, multi-tasking, planning and reporting capabilities.

Candidates with tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, commerce or related fields will be highly regarded, while the Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate and a current Victorian Police check are essential requirements.

Responsibilities will include establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and client relationships drawing from our existing rent roll of over 3000 properties, advising owners of realistic sales prices based on current market conditions and providing clear and transparent buyer feedback. Along with preparing sale authorities, tailored marketing packages, and a clear record of verbal correspondence, written correspondence and buyer evaluation, the candidate will organise any home staging required and will accompany potential buyers throughout all private and open inspection times.

Property Manager – Mandarin Speaking

Reporting to team leader, Jamie Ong, the successful candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, have previous property management experience and possess a demonstrable knowledge of the Melbourne rental market. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must, along with an ability to be highly organised.
