A Glimpse Inside ‘The Island State’

Completed in 2013, Stage One of Jaques pioneered the development, setting the tone with its cutting-edge design and architecture, complete with a breathtaking internal courtyard.

 

Stage 2 | 1 Dyer Street & 18 Coppin Street, Richmond

Located on the island site, Stage Two is positioned on Dyer and Coppin Streets, wide and tree-lined, offering beautiful finishes that include timber flooring throughout, ducted heating and cooling, and high-end Gaggenau appliances.
